​Sharon Walker
Sharon Y Walker is a mother of 3 & 2 daughters-in-laws, Matthew & his wife Morgan, Trent & his wife Chandra,  Keaton and a Mimi to Grandson Jack Duncan. I have been married to Jackie Walker for 35 years. I attended Tompkinsville Elementary School as a child and Tompkinsville High School, I attended Tompkinsville High School Night School where I received my GED in 1985. My parents were custodians at the Tompkinsville High School my father worked there for 29 years and my mother worked there several years as an employee as well. I attended the American College for Financial Services.  I have worked in the insurance industry for 18 years and have recently started working with the City of Tompkinsville.  I became involved in the Chamber of Commerce due to my love for my community and I have served on the Chamber in several different capacities. I am currently serving as Chamber President. I have lived in this community all my life. I have raised my children here and love living here. I want to help in growing and enhancing our community. There are so many wonderful things here but there is also ways to improve. This community is special to me, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. We are so blessed to live in a place where most know each other and we care about each other. I am proud to be working with such great people working to continue to make our community great!  ​

I have been a member of the Monroe County Chamber Board since 2009, representing the Monroe County Medical Center, where I have worked for 30+ years.  My husband (Norman Clarkson) and I have been members of the Chamber for 2 or 3 years. I enjoy working with the Chamber as we strive to make Monroe County a better place to live and work.

Hello, my name is Brian Turner. I grew up in Tompkinsville and graduated from Monroe County High School in 1990. After high school I attended Western Kentucky University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. I currently live in Tompkinsville with my wife Joy and my two kids, Kale and Ella. I’m currently a loan officer for South Central Bank and have worked for the bank since 1996. ​Kim Anderson
Hello, I am Kim Ross Anderson.  I grew up in Tompkinsville and graduated from Tompkinsville High School.  I attended David Lipscomb University and Southcentral Kentucky Community College receiving a degree in Health Care.  I have worked in health care and local businesses in Monroe County throughout my life.  I am married to Kerry Anderson and we have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.  I work from my home as an advocate for healthy living which allows me to care for my grandchildren.  I’m honored to serve in this position to help make our community a better place to work and live.  I can be reached at kimanderson2001@hotmail.com

Bob Greer, Mayor City of Gamaliel
I started out in Monroe County as water commissioner for 8 years back in 1980.  I went on to serve as the President/Treasurer of the M.C. Fair Board, Monroe County Tourism Chairman for 17 years, Mayor of Gamaliel for 5 years, Treasurer of the Economic Development Center Board for 15 years, Gen. Mgr. of Tompkinsville Inn for 10 years and now am enjoying my retirement. In 2012 I received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce.  It has been my privilege to serve Monroe County.

Susan Turner, Past President  
Hello, I am Susan Brooks Turner, a native of Monroe County.  I grew up in Gamaliel and now live in Tompkinsville.  As a graduate of Gamaliel High School, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Education both from Western Kentucky University.  I began my career with the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service in Monroe County as the County Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development in May of 1998.  I am married to SFC Scotty Turner and have two children and two step-children.  My commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals and families in Monroe County is driven by my belief that a strong community is one of the cornerstones of a strong family, and that our citizens deserve no less.  As a County Extension Agent, I help provide programs that educate and help youth and the community connect research-based knowledge to their everyday lives.  You can reach me at 270-487-5504 or by visiting me at 1194 Columbia Avenue in Tompkinsville, KY.  Email:  susan.turner@uky.edu
